SfMe Ministries exists to advance the kingdom of God on this earth- not build our own kingdom. We seek to submit ourselves to His plans, purposes, methods, and timing in all we do.

Bible-Based

Wisdom dictates that we recognize the difference between truth and culture. And so we labor to maintain an intensely Biblical basis and emphasis in all we do. At the same time, we want to remain open to fresh trends that do not compromise God's truth.

Integrity

Integrity means honoring God by word and deed in every aspect of life and ministry. It also translates into seeking the well being of those connected with our ministry, not merely using people to accomplish our goals.

Financial Freedom

Finances play an important role in any ministry, but faith and love - not money - are our primary driving forces. While seeking to operate without debt, we provide an opportunity for people to help fund the work of our ministry without pressuring anyone to do so.

Leadership Development

It has been said that Christ's one prayer request was for laborers for the harvest. Whenever possible, we seek to train and equip leaders for Christian churches, missions, and ministries. We labor to invest in those who will invest in others.

Christian unity is vital! As we humble ourselves and walk in love, synergistic teamwork enables us to reach our full potential in advancing Christ's kingdom . We will not hesitate to cross denominational boundaries in serving those who passionately pursue Jesus Christ.

Our Story

Our heavenly Father has plans for us that far exceed our own. Still, it falls upon us to actively seek Him if we want to enter that world of grand discovery.

"For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares

OUR STORY

Bob & Debi Santos founded Search for Me Ministries, Inc. (SfMe Ministries) in 2006 with a burning desire to help form and equip a generation of world changers for Christ.

At the heart of SfMe Ministries lies an emphasis on investing in those who will touch the lives of others. Our approach is strategic as we address inner life issues that profoundly affect virtually every area of life and ministry.

Our Primary Activities

We believe that those who seek God with honest and sincere hearts will be blessed to find Him, while those set in their own ways will come up empty. And so, we develop materials intended primarily for passionate seekers of truth and not casual participants in the Christian faith.

We do not limit ourselves to local church ministry, but we believe that parachurch organizations should serve the local church, which is God's primary vehicle for advancing His Kingdom on this Earth.

Search for Me Ministries believes that God is doing a powerful work in our day! We are excited to serve His efforts in the following ways:

Missing Link Theology

The church in the West has more educational resources than any generations throughout history, and yet many leaders fret over its lack of vitality. What's going on?

While we have an abundance of excellent teaching resources, we also lack in several key areas. Search for Me Ministries endeavors to address the "missing links" of our Biblical understanding.

Specifically, we explore key Biblical concepts that are either largely ignored or widely misunderstood. Some of our key topics include identity, covenant, wisdom, the spiritual dynamics of rest, the multi-faceted nature of grace, abiding in Christ, and the unity of our Lord's church.

Teaching Ministry

The goal of an effective teaching ministry is not simply to convey information or impose obligation but to facilitate fruitful and transformational growth.

By lovingly addressing the root issues of life, we help Christians:

draw closer to their Creator
discover their God-given identities
break free from unhealthy patterns
build meaningful relationships
fulfill their purposes to make a genuine difference in our world

Publishing Ministry

The gospel grows in influence as God's people become more like Jesus. But people are alienated from God when professing Christians exhibit judgmental, selfish, and immature tendencies.

SfME Media produces Biblically-based growth-orientated resources that walk people from no (or new) belief to becoming fully devoted, mature disciples of Christ.

Working with Leaders

The importance of godly leaders cannot be underestimated, as they face a vicious and continual onslaught form the powers of darkness. SfMe Ministries helps to support, strengthen, and develop those who lead in God's kingdom.

Building the Church

We view the Christian church as many streams coming together to form one mighty river which cannot be contained. SfMe Ministries seeks to create mutually supportive, noncompetitive ministry environments that emphasize praying and working together to advance God's kingdom on earth.

Our Founders

Bob Santos

What began with a love for science and the pursuit of chemistry degree was intended to create a comfortable American Dream lifestyle. But Jesus interrupted Bob's plans!

The career in chemistry lost its luster, and Bob jumped into full-time college ministry.

Launching Search for Me Ministries (2006) was then the next step on a challenging journey to reach a broader audience with the life-changing truths of the Bible.

Bob who is ordained through Elim Fellowship, enjoys teaching Biblical principles, networking Christians, and developing leaders. He is also a certified life coach with a focus on Christian leaders and business professionals.

Debi Santos

Debi, of Methodist roots, spent her early years in the "suburbs" of Punxsutawney, PA (Yes, we have been to the official Groundhog Day Celebration. She has even had relatives involved with the inner circle of the Groundhog club!)

Debi's Bachelor's degree is in accounting, and that has been her primary vocational focus through the years. Debi's favorite form of rest and relaxation is reading cheesy (in Bob's cheesy opinion) Amish novels on her Kindle.

From almost the beginning of their ministry efforts, Bob & Debi have sought to develop godly, faithful, and competent leaders and laborers for service to Christ.

Our Core Values

The following core values help to define Search for Me Ministries.

Our Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

We believe in the Trinity as eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14)

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth and sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious death and atonement through His shed Blood, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father as both the High Priest and sacrificial lamb of God. ( 1 Timothy 3:16, Romans 23:25-26)

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, self-effort is futile and, thus, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. (Hebrews 9:22)

We believe in Christ's call for us to make disciples of all nations, doing all that we can to help from God's covenant children into the image of Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8. Ephesians 5:25-27)

We believe marriage to be the uniting of one man and one woman in a lifelong covenant before God (Matthew 19:4-6), and that any sexual activity outside of this boundary constitutes sexual immorality which is forbidden by Scripture. (Hebrews 13:4, 1 Corinthians 6:18, Leviticus 18:1-30)

We believe that since mankind is created in God's image, human life is of inestimable worth and significance in all its dimensions, from conception to the grave. (Genesis 1:27, Psalm 139:13-14)

We believe that Baptism is for believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and is to be administered by immersion, thus bearing witness to the gospel of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection for us, and our own new life in Him. (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4)

We believe that Communion, when shared by believers, witnesses to the saving power of the gospel, and to the unity of His church, among other things. (I Corinthians 11:23-26)

We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as on the day of Pentecost, and in the continuing ministry of the Holy Spirit as evidenced in charismatic gifts and ministries, and in the fruit of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer. (Acts 2:4, Acts 10:46, Acts 19:6, Ephesians 4:11, I Corinthians 12:8-11, Galatians 5:22-23)

We believe that Christ will one day return in power and great glory, resurrecting the lost to eternal punishment and the saved to eternal life as He firmly establishes His everlasting kingdom. (Acts 1:8, Revelation 1:7, Daniel 7:14)
